Our client is looking for a highly capable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their manufacturing team, building high-quality roof systems and components.
This is a hands-on, skilled role ideal for someone confident with machinery, problem solving, and working to precise specifications.
Duties
* Building roof systems from technical drawings
* Solving build challenges, including bespoke and box-gutter assemblies
* Operating a range of workshop equipment, including:
o Elumatec saws
o CNC cutting machinery
o Dewalt chop saws
o Hand tools
* Programming and running CNC machines
* Carrying out troubleshooting and maintenance on tooling and machinery
* Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all work
* Completing production paperwork
* Keeping your working area safe, clean, and organised
* Supporting and guiding other team members when required
The Candidate
* Strong experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar production environments
* Confident operating CNC machinery (programming experience xsngvjr ideal)
* Able to read and work from technical drawings
* Skilled with hand tools and mechanical processes
* Confident working independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving ability
* Accurate with paperwork and quality procedures
* Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to train)
* Reliable, proactive, and a positive team player
