The client is a large organisation with over a 1,000 employees and offices across the UK. They are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team.
Job Description
* You will use business and HR insight to identify and influence people and business change initiatives
* Focusing on business opportunities at a strategic, tactical and implementation level
* Provide practical advice and solutions emphasising the risks and benefits of alternative approaches
* You will work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven working experience as an HR business partner
* Excellent people management skills and ability to manage stakeholders
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
