Digital Marketing & Content Distribution Assistant (Graduate Role)
About the role
We're looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join our team. You'll be responsible for managing and distributing digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent branding and quality.
At first, written content will be provided for you — your role will be to adapt, format, and publish it effectively. Over time, you'll also contribute to writing new content yourself, working with management for guidance and developing into more independent content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Send regular marketing emails and manage mailing lists
* Post updates to social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
* Edit and distribute product specification sheets, brochures, and PDFs
* Update and manage content on the company websites
* Add/update product images, case studies, and blog articles
* Review website analytics & SEO to support digital marketing
* update products and pricing on BMS and website
* (Optional bonus) Create and edit video content for the website
Skills & Experience:
* Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong computer skills, technically minded, and keen to learn new tools
* Experience with desktop publishing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
* Sharp attention to detail – ensuring all distributed content is accurate and on-brand
* Excellent time management and ability to deliver consistently
* (Bonus) Video editing experience
* (Bonus) Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website content editing
