This role is to provide multifaceted support for the Customer Service department.
Primarily, the role will be serving as the customer’s primary point of contact, dealing with customers’ issues from start to finish.
You will be supporting customer queries day to day using our customer support tools, as well as managing our online community and creating email communications to support the CRM programme.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a diligent, organised person who has a natural instinct to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Someone that is a keen problem solver, can think on their feet and is comfortable in taking initiative.
As you will be the first point of contact for our customers, who are looking for help and advice, it is extremely important that you are able to represent Grub24 in a friendly and approachable manner.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a young and dynamic team. We are a new company, growing incredibly fast and so this is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to explore professional development.
The right candidate will be:
* Supporting clients and consumers via chat and email.
* Calling clients to confirm orders and perform FCR for client-related requests.
* Managing Google and social networking channels of clients.
* Respond publicly via social media on behalf of the organisation and will also respond to product reviews.
* Maintaining a close relation with clients.Updating the CRM system regularly with daily activity records.
Schedule:
* We operate flexitime with a core hours pattern on working days.
* Some weekend and evening work will be required on a rota basis
Requirements
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* Ability to work under pressure
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
