Finance Administrator, Ripon
A well-established business in Ripon due to growth is recruiting for a finance administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team. You will play a vital part in the smooth running of the day to day finance administration and transactions. The company can provide training and AAT study support (if required).
Main duties
* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Assisting with daily cash posting
* Sales Ledger Reconciliations
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Managing account queries
* Filing invoices and statements
* Credit card reconciliations and administration
* Credit control administration
Requirements
1. Some finance administration experience is preferred
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Confident communicator
