To deliver these services, we seek an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member—specifically, a Health & Fitness Coach.
The role involves inspiring members to achieve their goals, delivering Group Fitness and Small Group Training sessions, and potentially providing Personal Training. You will coach members on effective health & fitness programs tailored to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment. Creating a community-oriented environment and delivering excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.
This position requires high customer interaction and may involve assisting other staff members. You will contribute to a safe, fun, and professional working environment, with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The ideal candidate is passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to providing excellent service. You should have good personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills. A Level 3 Fitness Instructor Qualification is essential. Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
