We are seeking a creative, resilient and driven Community & Marketing Officer to join our team at Manchester Enterprise Academy (MEA). This Community & Marketing Officer role is a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference helping to reshape how the school connects with its community, communicates its vision, and supports ongoing improvement. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by purpose, challenge and impact. This is a full‑time, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. The starting salary is £29,238 and the full time equivalent is £33,143 Grade 6.

* Showcasing progress, student experiences and school developments
What we’re looking for
Essential technical expertise
* Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential – including mail merges)
* Premiere Pro (video editing)
* Canva
* Excel
You’ll also bring
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a range of audiences
* Experience delivering creative, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, print and social platforms
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
* Confidence in building positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider community
* A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach
