The Mission: You will be the lightning rod for the entire company. Your primary objective is to drive growth through the existing sales team while working with our digital team on a critical project to retire legacy systems and create digital experiences that builders and joiners actually want to be associated with.

The Blueprint: Your Core Responsibilities
1. Brand & Digital Transformation
You will work with our digital team to drive and launch new digital solutions. You will oversee the migration from our old bespoke systems to a modern, scalable tech stack.
2. Team Leadership & Operations
You will lead the Burton-On-Trent-based team of 12. You are responsible for maintaining high standards across the warehouse, distribution, and sales functions. You will foster a culture of \"Extreme Ownership\".
3. Strategic Growth
