The Opportunity:
As a Sales Support Administrator you will play a key role in:

Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring customers receive professional and timely responses
Processing sales orders using Sage 50 while maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
Preparing sales quotations and supporting presentations, marketing activity and social media content
Producing and updating documents such as reports, templates, quotes and customer communications
Supporting sales performance reporting and forecasting while ensuring administration is completed efficiently across multiple systems
Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of the sales team, helping the business deliver excellent service and achieve its growth goals.
This is an office based role with an early finish on a Friday. About You:
We are looking for someone who can bring:

A confident and proactive approach with the ability to work independently when needed
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks
Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
A collaborative mindset and positive work ethic that supports the wider team
Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administrative role would be beneficial, but not essential for the right Sales Support Administrator candidate. The Benefits and Package:
