Position Summary This role is a key driver in supporting the rapid expansion of Techbuyer across the UK, promoting all Techbuyer services and generat ing SQLs from marketing tools and campaigns for the End User, Purchasing and T rade teams from, and not limited to, email campaigns, trade web sales, Marketplace sales, web visitors, vendor campaigns, other marketing activity. Role a nd Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : As part of the Marketing team, follow up on campaign emails to promote the benefits of Techbuyer and its many services and report common learning and trends back to the marketing team to further develop marketing strategies in line with industry demand Track and report the success of campaigns, ensuring thorough follow-up Maintain and update lead information, ensuring accurate data entry into our NetSuite. Verify customer details and assess opportunities for future relationships Handle trade web orders and follow up on marketplace orders Follow up opportunities from Lead Forensics Ensure tasks are set for potential opportunities where no immediate requirement, follow up dates adhered to and the NetSuite task dashboard is managed. Data Management: Update NetSuite with new leads, customer details, opportunities Qualify data and e nsure correct customer / lead contact details are added to NetSuite A llocate accounts to the correct pools Update lead tracking spreadsheet SQL Qualification : Research leads to establish previous contact, determine which sales team the lead falls under and update NetSuite with relevant background information Build relationships and nurture customers in their infancy to the point of passing to the sales reps Credit check all customers and provide information on SQL handover to sales Gain an understanding of IT environment and infrastructure to handover to sales Set up meetings / calls with appropriate sales rep Ensure all leads are BANT qualified when being handed over ( Budget, Authority, Need, Timeframe) Additional R esponsibilities : Convey sustainable IT solutions to contacts and keep up to date with industry sustainability standards Feed through to line manager trends/ challenges and industry news and events that may help shape future marketing campaigns When requested utilise pool data/ account manager customer lists/ other data to generate leads for sales Experience (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Tenacious approach to work, able to multi-task within a high-pressure environment Skilled in key Microsoft packages including Word and Excel Previous Customer Service or Telemarketing/ telesales experience would be beneficial but not essential Experience of Oracle NetSuite or similar CRM system Extremely o rganised and structured, able to work on complex projects Knowledge of the Information Technology industry an advantage but not essential C omfortable engag ing via phone, Teams, and face to face (when needed ), with end users, suppliers, and partners Strong interpersonal skills – ability to confidently and professionally liaise with customers and internal departments including Trade, resellers, EUT, Customer Services, RMA, Marketing
