The Role
As our Office and Guest Experience Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end workplace experience across a multi-brand showroom environment.
From high-profile client visits to seasonal showcases, you’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly while delivering a best-in-class hospitality experience.
What you’ll be doing
1. Curating a premium, design-led office & showroom environment
2. Managing daily operations across multiple fashion & sportswear brands
3. Leading guest experience — from first impression to lasting impact
4. Coordinating showrooms, meetings, launches & press days
5. Elevating hospitality with seamless catering and event execution
6. Partnering with teams to create a collaborative, high-performance workspace
Who this is for?

7. Experienced in Office / Workplace / Studio Management
8. Background in fashion, retail, lifestyle or showroom environments preferred
9. Regular hosting of external guests, press, buyers, and partners
10. A hospitality-first mindset with a sharp eye for detail
11. Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving setting
