We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Hoebridge Golf Centre. From welcoming members in the restaurant to helping deliver memorable events and functions, you'll play a key role in creating fantastic experiences for our guests. What You'll Be Doing As part of our Food & Beverage team, no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from daily restaurant service to supporting exciting events and private functions. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a warm welcome and excellent service to members and guests Taking food and drink orders, sharing menu recommendations and daily specials Serving food, drinks, coffees and alcoholic beverages in line with company standards Supporting the delivery of events, parties, golf days and private functions Prepare and set up for events and functions Helping set up and reset event spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly Upselling menu items such as desserts, drinks and starters Ensuring orders are accurate, well-presented and delivered promptly Maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked service areas Completing opening, closing and daily service tasks Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you are: Friendly, welcoming and confident with customers A great team player who enjoys working with others Able to stay organised and positive in a busy hospitality environment Reliable, professional and committed to great service Excited about being part of events and special occasions Hospitality experience is great, but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are just as important.
