Senior Client Relationship Manager / Client Relationship Manager – Pensions
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of admin-only clients, acting as the primary contact, ensuring successful delivery, and building strong stakeholder relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will support clients, address concerns, identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and collaborate internally to ensure client satisfaction.
We welcome applications from candidates currently in Pensions Operations Management or Pensions Client Management roles who are eager to progress into Senior Client Manager positions.
This role can be based in Leeds, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Reading, Birmingham, Bristol, or Croydon, with a hybrid working style.
What does the role entail?
* Lead a portfolio of admin-only clients.
* Manage client relationship support teams.
* Partner effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
* Communicate and collaborate across various levels.
* Utilize diverse communication channels to meet needs.
* Lead new client propositions and improve existing ones.
* Support transformation, implementation, and solutions deployment.
* Present on pensions administration and technology services.
* Implement risk management and governance frameworks.
* Build rapport and strategic partnerships.
* Provide technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
* Use data and MI for decision-making.
* Support project and operational management to meet client expectations.
* Ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
* Develop knowledge of Isio’s services and opportunities.
* Maintain effective portfolio management information and reporting.
