We're on the lookout for a passionate Restaurant Team Leader to join our vibrant Dining Team in our exciting position. Known at Bents as our Shift Leader. Why you'll love this Restaurant Team Leader role: Full-time hours (40 hours per week) with a great work life balance with only one evening shift (only until 9pm March to October!) and alternating weekends. Competitive pay at £13.50 per hour / £28,080 per annum. Your role as Restaurant Team Leader: Lead the day to day team with energy and enthusiasm. Be a hands-on leader, working side-by-side with the team and providing a quick and efficient counter service. Coach, motivate, and support your colleagues, enabling them to shine. Ensures all customers get an exceptional experience. Thrive under pressure during busy peak periods, keeping the team focused and engaged The Ideal Restaurant Team Leader: A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. A friendly, customer-first attitude and a natural leader. Experience in a similar fast paced restaurant environment. Experience of working with hot food plating up in a service role is desirable. Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude, ready to take on new challenges.
