Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30 (45-min lunch), Friday 07:00–12:00

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a passion for hands-on problem-solving and a background in rubber moulding? We're working with a specialist manufacturing business seeking a proactive and detail-focused individual to join their engineering team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on position supporting production processes directly on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for developing and documenting new processes for rubber moulded components and related assembly operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing processes for injection, compression, and transfer moulding
Supporting rubber testing and analysis with internal lab resources
Involvement in rubber-to-substrate bonding and tooling optimisation
Analysing moulding parameters to resolve production issues
Delivering training and process handovers to machine operators
Collaborating with CAD and tooling teams on design and implementation
What We’re Looking For:
Background in an engineering discipline or equivalent moulding experience
Hands-on approach and technical understanding of rubber processing equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and quality focus
Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
A team player with experience in diverse, cross-functional environments
Physically fit to manage the demands of a production environment
