Main duties of the job
Maintenance Support /Water Tester Team Member Band 3 AFC:
The Property Maintenance Department (Estates), require the assistance of a full-time (37.5 HR/week) Support Team operative to assist in the busy day-to-day running of the Epsom Estates Dept. Training and basic tools will be provided and additional formal training can be discussed as part of a personal development plan.
Daily operations would include undertaking regular water temperature and testing, standard maintenance duties in addition to PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) works.

4. Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in general
