Youll work alongside experienced colleagues who will provide full training and support day to day. As you settle into the role, youll gain hands-on experience speaking with customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, managing client accounts, liaising with suppliers, and learning how promotional campaigns come together from start to finish. Were looking for someone dependable, organised, friendly, and happy to get stuck in where needed. You dont need to already feel confident speaking with customers on the phone but you should be willing to learn, build confidence, and give things a go as part of a busy and supportive team.
