Royston Close is a Supported Living environment supporting Service Users with Learning and Physical Disabilities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a full clean UK Driving Licence, and experience in Health and Social Care, such as autism, learning disabilities, and personal care.
What you’ll need:
* Experience working with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours
* Be an advocate on someone’s behalf
* Full UK Valid Driving Licence

What we do!
We are a well-established nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes offer specialist mental health services and are adapted to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health challenges. Located within thriving communities, our services include educational, recreational, and social activities.
We aim to positively impact the experiences of people with mental health difficulties, primarily through a person-centred approach. We measure outcomes tailored to individual needs using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
Successful candidates will need to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure before starting employment, with the expense covered by the employer.
