We are looking to recruit a Group Sales Trainer, based ideally near our Head Office in Edinburgh, but with travel across England & Scotland. The role will see you support the Group Head of Sales in Identifying sales training requirements, developing, implementing and reviewing effectiveness of sales training programmes across the company, and delivering sales training for all sales discipline and level of role, including Sales Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and deliver engaging sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
* Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
* Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
* Manage the Sales Pathway to ensure all Sales Managers/ Development Sales Managers complete within given timeframes
