Gen Hospitality is looking for General Assistants to join our teams in schools, care homes, and hospital kitchens.

Catering Assistant Duties:
* Food preparation assistance: Help prepare meals, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
* Meal service: Serve meals to students, residents, or patients, ensuring dietary needs are met.
* Customer service: Provide excellent service, assisting with meal choices and addressing any dietary concerns.
* Cleaning & hygiene: Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
* Stock management: Assist with organizing and replenishing food stock and supplies.
What You'll Need:
* Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child or Adult Workforce) – must be in-date
* Previous kitchen experience is preferred
* Level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (for Kitchen Assistants, or willingness to obtain)
* Right to Work in the UK
* A reliable, hard-working attitude
* Two recent work references
