About the Service – Nuneaton Tiverton is a registered residential care service made up of four beds, supporting adults aged 18 in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support. Our residents are amazing individuals who: Have learning disabilities and autism May have a forensic background Are very independent and make their own choices Love going out, including: Football outings Train adventures Community activities Exploring new places The Role What You’ll Do Support daily living and independence Join in with activities, days out, and community adventures Build trusting, respectful relationships Promote safety, wellbeing, and inclusion Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Support activities, appointments, and community access Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable. No previous experience? No problem!
