* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Developing new business through calls, visits, and networking events.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
* Attending industry-specific events to grow your presence and pipeline.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 year of 360 recruitment or B2B sales experience.
* Resilient, motivated, and financially driven individuals.
* Strong networking and business development skills.
