Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking for an experience Service Office Lead for a busy Tray Wash Plant in Castleford, WF10. Temp to perm position.Shifts - Days, 6am - 6pm, 4 on 4 off rotaPay Rate - £15.14 per hour

The right candidate must have experience within managing a team and running day to day operations.
Duties include:
* Managing teams of up to 10 including FLT Drivers/PPT and Machine Minders
* Achieving site performance and quality targets through effective and efficient planning and running of the shift
* Accountable and responsible for their own and others health and safety ensuring H&S protocols are followed
* Checking Stock and ensuring it is stored correctly
* Booking drivers in and out
* Updating the SAP system
* Motivating a team of operatives through training and development
* Other duties when required
Desirable xsngvjr but not essential:
* FLT License
* HACCP for Food Manufacturing
* IOSH Certification
