Contract: Full Time and Part Time. Shift Type: Days. Salary: £14.10 Per Hour.
Care Home: Glencorse Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built luxury care home opening soon with 54 en suite bedrooms, offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care in a warm and welcoming setting.
What You Will Do
* Oversee day-to-day care delivery and support residents with empathy, respect, and professionalism.
* Lead, supervise and motivate a team of care assistants to ensure person-centred care that meets individual needs.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.
* Respond to changes in residents\' health or well-being and promote strong communication within the team, with families, and with visiting professionals.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and safe environment for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
* SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
* Proven experience in a senior or team leader role within a care home setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop your team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Medication administration training with up-to-date competencies
* A kind, compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care
