Please note that this is an apprenticeship position and therefore anyone with more than six months professional experience working as a Business analyst or who holds a degree or Master’s degree in a subject such as Business Studies or an MBA will not be eligible.
You will also need to commit to completing a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated apprentice to join our Digitalisation team. Working closely with experienced developers, you will support the delivery of digital tools that streamline our business processes and improve client outcomes. The role offers structured on-the-job training alongside a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Purpose of the role
You will play a key role in the delivery of digital tools across our business, working with technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. You’ll learn how to gather requirements, map processes, and develop and maintain digital solutions that address real-world business problems.
You will gain a deep understanding of both technology and consultancy services, helping deliver client value while supporting our internal digital transformation.
While you will be supporting the UK Artelia team, you will have the opportunity to become a part of the wider Artelia Digital Community of 110 specialists around the globe.
This is a full time role and you will be an important part of our future.
The role will require meeting key stakeholders face to face in the Artelia offices in London and Birmingham, however the role is output focused and flexibility will be the key to deliver these outputs.
Key areas of responsibility
* Support the development of digital solutions using Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, and SharePoint.
* Assist in gathering and analysing user requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
* Help maintain existing applications and troubleshoot issues.
* Engage with end users to understand their needs and support adoption of digital tools.
* Learn to use third-party integrations (e.g. Salesforce) where applicable.
* Document workflows, data flows, and solution specifications.
* Participate in the Artelia Digital Community globally, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Candidate profile
You are enthusiastic about technology and curious about how digital tools can improve the way businesses operate. You may not have much experience yet, but you’re keen to learn and excited about the possibilities of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
You bring a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to ask questions, explore solutions, and work collaboratively. You’re confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable communicating with colleagues across different teams. Whether supporting a team meeting or testing a new digital tool, you bring a positive attitude and a readiness to grow.
You may have seen or used platforms like SharePoint or Salesforce, and you’re interested in how data and automation can make a difference in the real world.
Most importantly, you’re looking for a supportive environment where you can build a solid foundation in both technical and business skills—setting you up for a career in digital development and analysis.
Essential Qualifications
* At least 7 GCSEs at grade A-C (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English.
* 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grades A*-C in any subject but preferably one in a numerical, computing or business subject (e.g. Maths, Science, Computer Science, Business Studies) or equivalent (examples include Level 3 apprenticeship, BTEC Extended Diploma, overall grade Merit or Distinction)

Salary - £22,000
Location: our offices are based at WC1V 6RLand candidates will ideally have commute times of 1hr 15minsor less.
Hybrid working - we do offer hybrid working though this is to be agreed with the line manager and will vary depending on the business needs.
Training to be provided
As part of the Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship standard, you’ll be registered as a member of the British Computer Society and on a fast track to an industry-recognised qualification. Your dedicated industry coach will support you through a blended approach that includes remote, in-person, 1-2-1, and group learning.
