Allen Motor Group was formed in recent years by Allen Ford Ltd’s acquisition of Essex Auto Group, Slough Motor Company and Delgarth Motor Group. Our network of over 35 locations stretches across the south of England from Bath in the west, through the Midlands, Berkshire and London, to Kent and Essex.

We proudly sell and service Ford, KIA, KIA PBV, Maxus, OMODA, Jaecoo and Chery

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Business Development Executive for our Parts Plus Centre in Aylesford, temporarily based at our Ford dealership in Sittingbourne, to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving allocated sales targets. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with a basic salary of £33,000 and an OTE of £40,000 reporting to the Centre Manager.

Do I need experience?

No! Whilst we welcome applications from experienced sales executives, we understand that everyone started without experience, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

ü Previous selling and influencing skills

ü A full UK driving licence

ü An ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.

ü A passion for providing first class customer service

ü Fantastic communication skills



Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for and not limited to:

· Achieving sales targets with the customers based in a defined territory

· Developing and building strong relationships with all customers, providing the highest level of customer service

· Recording every customer visit via the Microcat CRM

· Maintaining your own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
