Duties to include the following; Follow a set protocol to decide which documents to process Code and file documents received by GP practices Code documents using an EMIS template created by the digital clinical hub to ensure the EMIS health record is clear and easy to understand. Refer documents that require any action to the relevant GP practice team using the EMIS appointment booking page Complete a daily audit by running a search in EMIS web to support data quality. Complete a daily log of work done in Microsoft Excel. You will work to a daily target for the number of documents completed daily, which we will support you to achieve.
Engaging in weekly huddles to collaborate with team members, share knowledge and skills, and find ways to improve the service. Attending relevant training to support both the development of the Digital Clinical Hub and your own personal growth. Build and develop relationships with team colleagues, wider PCN colleagues and with practices across the PCN. Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required within the general terms of the job description.
