Registered Manager Live-In Care Service (Tunbridge Wells) Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent Salary: £40,000- £45,000(depending on experience) Performance Bonus Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP A respected and growing care provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality live-in care service for adults at our Tunbridge Wells location. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role with a service that supports adults to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with the assistance of compassionate live-in carers. About the Role: As the Registered Manager, youll oversee all aspects of the live-in care service, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, and responsive to the needs of adults with a range of care requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team of live-in care staff, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement.
