Job description Are you a Business and Facilities Administrator keen to start your next role? CMS2, a specialist equipment manufacturer supplying maritime atmosphere control systems and life of system support services is looking for a part time (5 days a week - hours to be agreed upon) maternity cover to actively support the business by providing a comprehensive, effective and professional administration service. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, arrange refreshments and ensure all security protocols are adhered to First point of contact for telephone and email enquiries Organise distribute and send mail Book employees travel and complete all associated paperwork and documentation checks in line with new requirements, maintaining accurate log to support. Support the Senior Leadership team in calendar management, booking meetings and conferences and ensure the rooms are set up ready for meetings and events. Take meeting minutes as requested. Support the facilities and health and safety team by organising and administering such site services and facilities such as window cleaners, cleaning, vending, ground maintenance contracts. Support landlord visits Ordering and maintaining basic supplies on site (tea,coffee,milk,etc) Assist in the coordination of office moves and layouts. Responsible for the control of the company pool car and associated documentation. Monitor CC TV and ensure cameras are maintained. General admin as requested by Senior leadership team About you: Min 5 GCSE's grade c/4 or higher including Maths and English or an Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeship level 3. Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work well under own initiative. Proactive approach Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Be tenacious, i.e., proactively following up on issues and outcomes driven.
