Job Description
* Overseeing and managing all Health, Safety and environmental responsibilities at the site.
* Implementing and maintaining Health and Safety standards in line with regulations and company policy.
* Regularly conducting risk assessments and audits.
* Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture within the team.
* Investigating any incidents and implementing corrective actions.
* Providing Health and Safety training to staff members.
* Maintaining Health and Safety documentation and records.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Health and Safety Specialist should have:
* NEBOSH qualified
* Expertise in safety, health, and environmental management.
* Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive approach towards enhancing QSHE standards.
