This is a full-time, long-term positions. The ideal candidate will be working with children who have a range of complex needs, providing 1:1 and small group support, and helping to create a nurturing space where pupils can thrive both socially and academically. Key Responsibilities: •Provide personalised support for pupils with special educational needs •Assist in implementing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) •Support pupils' emotional, social, and learning development •Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff •Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Requirements: •School or nursery experience is essential •Experience working with children with SEN is essential •Calm, caring, and resilient approach •Strong communication and teamworking skills •Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
