About the Successful Applicant
You will be a certified HR professional with experience in a global organisation, within the Software/Tech Sector. You must be fluent in English and Hebrew and have strong international employment law knowledge. (India and Israel are essential)
You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to operate as a strategic HR partner.

About the Job
This is a strategic HR role working closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with wider business goals. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor across all generalist areas of HR, supporting the business in employee relations, talent strategy, organisational development, and compliance.
Duties will include:
* Aligning HR strategies with business priorities and departmental plans
* Advising and supporting senior leaders on HR policies and practices
* Delivering HR initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and development
* Supporting the full talent cycle from workforce planning to succession
* Analysing data to support HR decisions and governance
* Managing complex employee relations cases and overseeing compliance
* Monitoring compensation, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Collaborating with global teams to deliver consistent HR support across regions
* Leading or contributing to change and transformation projects
