The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dedicated brigade and take ownership of your own section. You'll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining standards, and supporting a kitchen that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and precision.
This is a role that offers autonomy, balance, and progression, with the flexibility to work independently while being supported by a strong senior team.
Your Role
* Run your section confidently and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation
* Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service and consistent output
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to 1 AA Rosette standard
* Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
* Contribute to menu preparation and daily specials
* Support junior team members with training and guidance
* Take initiative while collaborating as part of a close-knit team
About You
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fresh food or AA Rosette kitchen
* Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
* Keen to develop and progress within a respected, quality-led venue
* Team player with pride in your work and your section
