Our programme typically begins each year in September, but we welcome applications at any time as roles may become available throughout the year. If we do not have a suitable position available immediately, we will retain your details in our recruitment system.
This programme is designed for talented professionals, both men and women, who have taken a career break. It offers a paid placement of 20 weeks, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.
You will be placed in a project or team where your skills and experience will be valued. The programme includes coaching workshops, a comprehensive induction, and focused training to support your transition back to work.
