The Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to join us at an inflection point — when demand is growing fast, and the opportunity to shape our growth engine from the ground up is huge.

You’ll define and execute UK Visa Lab’s growth strategy across channels — paid, organic, partnerships, and content. You’ll work directly with the co-founders to design experiments, optimise funnels, and build scalable acquisition systems that help thousands of global talents reach the UK faster.

This is not a regular marketing role — it’s a chance to build and own growth at a company that changes lives, while earning meaningful equity and autonomy.

What You’ll Do
* Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and partnerships.
* Own the end-to-end funnel: awareness → leads → booked calls → successful clients.
* Optimise landing pages, creatives, and messaging for conversion and clarity.
* Design and automate email nurturing flows that convert leads into clients.
* Collaborate with founders to develop content-led growth — social media, case studies, and thought leadership.
* Track, measure, and improve key metrics: CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
* Launch growth experiments and report learnings to inform the roadmap.
* Build referral and community loops from our alumni of successful applicants.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in growth, performance marketing, or startup marketing.
* Proven experience running data-driven campaigns that scale leads and revenue.
* Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and A/B testing frameworks.
* Excellent copy instincts and creative eye for high-performing content.
* Analytical mindset with a bias for rapid experimentation.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
* Bonus: familiarity with edtech, immigration, or B2B services.
