Adtrak's sister company Breeez, with a portfolio of clients across the US, is looking for a digital marketing team lead. You will be responsible for the line management, training and quality assurance of a small digital marketing team, as well as overseeing the day to day running of the department with the Director. Your experience as a marketing professional will allow you to manage a discrete amount of client accounts, performing marketing tasks to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* People management & development - responsible for overseeing the team’s digital marketers to review performance, provide motivational/developmental feedback and ongoing training, coaching or improvement plans to aid individuals’ developmental needs
* Work distribution - the distribution and organisation of work, assessing the capacity and capability of direct reports for allocation
* Quality assurance - ensuring that the team’s work is completed to the high standard set by the company, providing constructive feedback where required to help refine the output
* Client work - manage and grow a selection of marketing accounts yourself, maintaining successful working relationship with clients
* Research & development - maintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital marketing industry and develop new processes & best practices to keep the company's offerings up to date
* Pitches & proposals - in conjunction with your team, you will contribute towards business development opportunities through proposals/pitches by determining suitability and demonstrating the calibre of the company's services
Essential Skills & Experience
* At least 4 years experience in digital marketing (primarily organic SEO)
* Proficient user of digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Yoast & more
* Project management
* Marketing strategy
* Customer service experience
* At least 1 years experience in people management
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Social Marketing
* Paid Marketing (PPC)
* Wordpress / Shopify
