The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our clients growing Glasgow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a Graduate Engineer with 1-3 years of experience or a more experienced Senior Engineer with 4 years in the industry. The ideal candidate will be working towards Chartered status or already Chartered (CEng MIStructE or MICE). Key Responsibilities: * Deliver structural engineering designs across a variety of building projects. * Undertake structural analysis and prepare detailed calculations and reports. * Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to develop integrated design solutions. * Conduct site inspections and assessments, including structural surveys and reporting. * Contribute to project planning, resource management, and client communications. * Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development (for senior applicants). Requirements: * Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng preferred). * 1-3 years (Graduate) or 4 years (Senior) of relevant UK-based experience in structural engineering consultancy. * Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or similar). * Strong understanding of Eurocodes and British Standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ambition to achieve Chartered status or already Chartered.
