The Role
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will manage the daily relationship with a portfolio of the largest restaurant partners. You will use your expertise of the Deliveroo platform to grow these partners' sales while helping them improve their daily operations and become more efficient in working with customers and riders.
You will analyze data to understand patterns in partner performance and create insights to identify improvement areas. You will report to your Client Partner and collaborate with teams like Marketing, Operations, and Product. Working with large-scale partners, you will often address new challenges, shaping future collaborations globally.
You Will
* Monitor and analyze partner-specific goals, presenting performance review meetings
* Manage weekly operational meetings and deliver insights during reviews
* Provide guidance on improving and expanding delivery channels
* Increase revenue and health metrics through best practice consulting
* Conduct in-person training sessions covering operational best practices, insights, and troubleshooting
* Develop relationships with key restaurant partners by collaborating with other departments
* Work with regional Commercial Managers to identify growth opportunities
* Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver value-adding campaigns
Requirements
* Experience in account management or strategic partnerships
* Ability to manage data and generate clear, applicable insights
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment
