Our client, a leading NVOCC for the Freight and Logistics industry, are currently seeking an Export Internal Sales to join their team in Essex.
Main duties of the Export Internal Sales:
1. Manage and coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
2. Build strong working relationships with existing clients.
3. Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and delivery options.
4. Follow up on all new business opportunities and sales leads, quotes, and negotiations, driving them towards successful closure.
5. Deal with sales administrative duties such as creating and updating contracts and dealing with invoice queries.
6. Provide accurate quotations.
The successful Export Internal Sales will have experience working in Sales within the Freight or Logistics industry.
You will need to have good knowledge of Exports and ideally, some knowledge of Imports.
Knowledge and experience required:
7. An understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
8. Previous administrative experience.
9. Good IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
