Practice Development Manager – Aesthetic Devices
An innovative and rapidly expanding aesthetics brand is looking for a Practice Development Manager to join its UK team. This exciting field-based role blends clinical training, commercial strategy, and marketing support to drive the success of premium ultrasound-based skin rejuvenation devices. You’ll work closely with leading aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons to increase treatment adoption, enhance patient outcomes, and maximise clinic revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands-on clinical training and in-clinic support to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes
* Lead new device onboarding and launch events, boosting clinical confidence and engagement
* Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, consultation techniques, and patient conversion
* Develop tailored clinic marketing plans, offering branded content, social media ideas, and promotional campaigns
* Support patient events, live demonstrations, and in-clinic activations to drive awareness and bookings
* Monitor clinic performance, delivering data-driven business reviews and ROI insights
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
* Gather and share competitor intelligence, emerging market trends, and best practices with HQ
Candidate Profile
* A proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and consultative approach
* Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clinic teams
* Highly organised and confident managing a self-directed, field-based schedule
* Flexible to travel across the UK and engage with premium aesthetic clinics
* 3–5 years’ experience in the aesthetics or medical devices sector, ideally in sales, clinical training, or practice development
* Solid understanding of non-invasive treatments, ultrasound technologies, and premium skin rejuvenation devices
* Experienced in advising clinics on patient journey mapping, conversion optimisation, and business growth
* Positive, collaborative, and able to represent a high-end brand with professionalism and credibility
