Our client highly values each and every person; their passion,mitment, uniqueness and contribution to shaping the future success of their business.About the job:We are recruiting for a Sales administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment. You will be responsible for:
1. Supporting existing customers and drivers with ordering their next vehicle
2. Helping with online portal access, test drive bookings, and general ordering advice
3. Ensuring vehicle orders arepleted correctly the first time, with all required information and documents
4. Working closely with Customer Relations to keep systems and reports up to date (renewals, driver changes, etc.)
5. Supporting partner and business channels with vehicle quotes, orders, and manual payments
6. Looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient
7. Providing a professional and helpful phone service to internal and external customers
8. Resolving queries quickly, aiming for first-call resolution and working within agreed SLAs
