Overview
Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Type: Permanent
Location: Edinburgh / East Central Belt
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 basic plus overtime and on-call payments. Van etc.
Responsibilities
* Work within a team of engineers carrying out all planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across facilities including HVAC / Air Conditioning / chillers etc.
* Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on splits, chillers, fan coils, AHUs and all associated HVAC plant
* Complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
* Provide compliance engineering on each facility
* Provide Air Conditioning and chiller maintenance
* Provide refrigeration maintenance
* Undertake minor installation works
* Complete general mechanical maintenance
* Undertake control works to HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc
* Support other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines
Skills & Background Required
* Qualified AC/Refrigeration
* F-Gas 2079
* PPM and reactive maintenance experience
* Must be presentable and reliable
* Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
* Valid driving license
* Strong planning and workload management skills with the ability to manage short term and long term activities to agreed deadlines
