Job Description
We are working with an established national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Real Estate team within their London office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic Real Estate practice, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions focused on real estate assets. The candidate’s duties will include sales and purchasing of companies and unit trusts, joint ventures and co-investment arrangements, structuring and restructurings, management agreements, incentive plans. The candidate will also work on high profile transactions with a range of sectors, including hospitality and private wealth.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting institutional investors, private capital, and other stakeholders in high-profile, global transactions. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
1. 2-5 PQE;
2. Strong background in corporate real estate matters within a medium to large international or City firm;
3. Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
4. Outstanding academics;
5. Technically excellent;
6. Negotiation skills;
