Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Durham.
They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.
The role is on a fully remote basis and is on a 6 months contract with potential to extend.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 £48.87 per hour
Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:
* To undertake legal research as required.
* To deal with a caseload of child care and education cases working on such cases directly or with assistance from other members of the team.
* To deal with requests for advice and assistance in the areas set out in the job purpose.
* Able to write reports or make amendments to reports as may be necessary.
