About the Finance School Leaver Apprenticeship Programme
Get ready to connect with subject-matter experts. Gain management and commercial skills to elevate your career. Get hands-on with impactful projects. Earn while you learn, achieving the AAT Level 3 qualification (provided by First Intuition), with a possibility to progress to Level 4. Over two years, you will rotate through our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, working one year in each. After completing the programme, a permanent role awaits. Bring curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for doing the right thing. We’ll provide mentorship and guidance to help you balance work and studies, excel in exams, and develop into a well-rounded professional.
About You
We look for curious, resilient, and adaptable individuals. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, a data mindset, and analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential. We’ll equip you with the necessary tools and training to develop further. You must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this programme due to minimum salary requirements set by the Home Office.

* 9-4 in Maths and English at GCSE/Scottish Standards or equivalent (non-UK qualifications considered)
