Job Title: Strategic Operations & Business Coordination Lead
Location: Based mostly onsite at Glascoed, with the ability to travel and support Munitions Director where needed
Salary: Circa £60,000 dependent on skills and experiences with bonus scheme
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Oversee Daily Operations: Monitor and track the performance of ongoing projects and business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and addressing operational challenges as they arise
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
3. Lead Strategic Execution: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track, within budget, and aligned with company objectives
4. Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously identify areas for operational improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse performance data, preparing insights and reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making
