Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors for a 12-month contract to support a key infrastructure/construction project. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site supervision and office-based responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on documentation review, process adherence, and safety oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the site team in daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.
* Conduct and review documentation to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
* Enforce and promote site safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
* Report progress and issues clearly to the project management team.
Requirements:
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required)
* Proven experience in site supervision within construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and process management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Able to work effectively in both office and site environments.
