The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an outstanding, experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Pre‑School Assistant / Childcare assistant to join our thriving and dedicated team at Tidbury Green School. Qualifications and Experience
* An outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to support the safety and care of our pupils.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification or equivalent.
* Successful education experience with children from 2‑7 years.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
* Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hard‑working team.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Experience supporting children directly with additional needs.

Pro Rata Salary £17,954-£21,389 negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 8:45 am – 3:30 pm Mon‑Fri Term Time only, including 5 INSET days. 31.25 per week. Required from July or September 2026.
