We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to work within our fantastic broadcast television channel team to help answer viewers' questions and queries!
Job Details
* Position: Customer Service Advisor
* Pay: £12.25 per hour – paid every 2 weeks
* Work Model: Hybrid – onsite in Belfast City Centre 3 days/week & remote for the rest
* Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours, rotational shifts between 7.30am – 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am – 7pm Sat & Sun
Responsibilities
Support viewers via email, phone, and social media. Provide information, handle complaints, promote brand and products, ensuring a positive viewer experience with friendly, high-quality responses.

Minimum Requirements
* At least 6 months experience in customer interactions
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, probing, reading)
* Knowledge of social issues and current events
* Technical mindset with multitasking ability
* Teamwork skills
* Minimum broadband speed of 10 Mbps and a private room at home
* Experience in television/media environment (desired)
* Experience with social media in similar settings (desired)
