An exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency team in Canterbury, driving growth, listings, and exceptional client service across the residential property market.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Lead, manage and inspire the branch sales team to achieve performance and revenue goals.
* Develop and implement local sales strategies to grow listings and increase conversions.
* Conduct regular one-to-one coaching performance reviews and sales meetings.
* Oversee pricing strategies, marketing campaigns and listing presentations.
* Monitor local market trends and adjust sales approaches to maintain competitiveness.
* Ensure all listings meet company standards and deliver exceptional client service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, clients and internal departments.

* Proven background in residential estate agency sales, ideally with management or leadership experience.
* Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills.
